Apex Coins and Crafting material missing and EA refuses to help

I just had the most disappointing conversation with your customer service representative. My Apex Legends coins i paid for and all crafting material disappeared and your representative just took the easy way out and said my account was compromised so there was nothing they could do. That is the worst customer service. I only wanted to be reimbursed for what I paid for and earned, but this company doesn't seem to care about that, Now I will no longer be buying EA games over a $10 issue. Sad.
