Sorry to hear those coins haven't shown up for you yet. Since it's been 24 hours and you still haven't seen those, it would be best to contact our support team directly.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > Apex Legends > I'm looking for something I bought, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look. They will need these purchase details if the coins were not purchased directly from the EA app or Apex web store, so please have those screenshots handy when opening a case.
