What happens and the order it happens.
1: I go to the store page.
2: I click on the purchase Apex coins tab.
3: I select either the $59.99 or $99.99.
4: The steam purchase overlay opens, the authorize purchase page. I already have over $100 in Steam funds that are not being held by Steam for any reason.
5: I press authorize and the steam overlay closes and brings me back into Apex Legends.
6: Nothing happens, no steam funds are deducted and no Apex coins show up in my account.
Any solutions?

Hey everyone,
Can you please try to sign out of Steam, fully close down steam via Task Manager, log back in, and try to complete the purchase again?
Please let us know if that works.

I hate to resurrect an old thread, but I now have this issue. Here's a list of things I've tried:
1. Adding the funds directly to my Steam wallet and then trying to order.
2. Updating my drivers
3. Restarting my PC
4. Launching steam in big picture mode
5. Calling my bank to make sure there isn't an issue with my account
6. Trying this on another PC altogether.
7. Copying the link that opens in the overlay into a web browser and attempting to place the order there.
8. Fully logging out of steam, closing down steam via task manager, logging back in to purchase.
I have a video of this issue in case it helps, but anytime I click 'authorize' when trying to place the order the overlay exits and the purchase fails.
All of these are failed transactions and through the steps I've taken I assume that there is an issue on the backend somewhere.
