Can't get past the Title Screen

I recently downloaded Apex Legends again on Steam. After the EAC initialization the game opens and the intro video starts. After that I get to the title screen and I see the loading circle. No continue or login button. And that loading symbol just stays there. Nothing else happens.

Multiple things I tried:

Reboot the Game
Reboot my PC
Verify Integrity Of Game Files
Starting the game and EAC executables in compatibility mode
Starting the game and EAC executables as administrator
Turn my Firewall off
Turn on/off IPv6
Check if my EA account is still linked with my Steam account
Installed the latest Nvidia GPU driver
Leaving the game open like this for an hour

Nothing changed and the loading circle just stayed. Interestingly enough the moment the Steam Servers went under the usual maintenance (Tuesdays) the loading circle stopped and the game stated it was unable to connect to EA Servers. After the servers went back up I clicked Retry and the circle kept on spinning again. I am not sure if its a login issue or connection issue.

My PC is still on Windows 10, but I have pretty new hardware.
