Apex coins not showing up

@EA_Mako I got mine from Amazon, but same as @si13nce I redeemed mine on the 22nd and created a case after 24 hours but haven't heard back. The case says "waiting for player" but have not recieved any responses I've checked spam as well.

Depending on the particular code, in some cases it can help to log in via the EA app. If that triggers the codes to appear, you'll be able to swap back to Steam to use them normally.

As it's been more than 24 hours, if you still aren't seeing them after that point, you'd need to get in touch with Amazon directly per this information.

@EA_Mako Logged into the EA app and it still didn't add the coins to the account. Also, since it is a digital code it can not be returned since I already activated it. Could this be an Apex Server issue since it seems to be happening to quite a few people atm?
