We cannot see your account history here on forums to confirm if the coins have been granted, but if it's been over 24 hours since you redeemed the code, I suggest attempting a basic troubleshooting step first. This should help re-sync your account.
Try restarting your device and logging back into your account to see if it fixes the problem.
If you are launching the game from Steam please use the EA app to launch the game.

You guys say too contact Amazon for a replacement but that’s incorrect, Amazon says to contact you guys for a replacement. I’ve been through this 3 times with EA and Amazon?
