Apex crash on startup

Hi,

I started playing again a couple months back on my PS. I'm now trying to play on my PC and the game crashes immediately every time with no error message. I've tried everything mentioned on multiple websites and YouTube videos.

* Drivers are up to date

* Checked integrity of files

* Removed launch options

* Tried on different monitors

* Reinstalled the game

* Checked windows firewall

* Even reset my PC

All of this and probably more I don't remember. The only thing I've seen that I haven't tried is underclocking my CPU which seems ridiculous and I hope is not a required fix. Can someone please help me with this?

CPU:  Intel Core i7-13700K 3.4 GHz 16-Core Processor

GPU:  GeForce RTX 3080 10GB 10 GB Video Card
