Whenever you open up a pack in Apex Legends the pack contents will be added to your account automatically. Have you checked to see if there's anything new on your account?
If you still aren't seeing any new items at all, I'd recommend reaching out to the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook as well.
