Apex Crashing PC, boots to BIOS Setup

Has anyone had a problem where when playing Apex, your PC crashes to a BIOS diagnostic test. After it runs the diagnostic, it says no bootable devices found, possible causes may be corrupt OS image. My PC only does this with Apex and none of my other games. Picture is what I get after the diagnostic. And yes I’ve repaired the game files every time afterwards on Origin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
