Apex crashing

Hi, apex keeps crashing as soon as it is turned on, I had one game and it done this. As soon as it goes into the game after logging into the server, it’s conduit repeating it is now e district and when you click okay or space from previous match, it then freezes and crashes. There isn’t any high ping or packet loss, and internet is fine.
