Cross Progression only applies to the various platforms connected to a single EA account.
Unfortunately there is not a way to transfer content or progress between separate EA accounts.
If you re-link that account to the original EA account, you should see that progress returned and available.
If you're having trouble getting that re-linked to the correct account, our support can assist.
Mako, you still there bud? Im sure youre tired of this by now. But i had the same issue. I got the prompt, proceeded with it, but no merge screen appeared. I noticed my steam account wasnt linked, so i linked it. Then i unlinked my ps4 and relinked it. Now i got my ps4 tag, but it has my pc name. Level 1, but i see my ps4 clan names. But no skins or heirlooms. Ive made cases, but it seems like we are just playing internet tag. I know for a fact this is my original ea account that i used to play on my ps4. I owned almost 100% of everything. If i need to create a brand new account, just so i can get my ps4 stuff on my pc i will. But i think its just a matter of maybe unlinking my steam account, but i cant because of the 6 month thing. Im so frustrated it hurts. If youre still around, please help me.
