Apex cross progression working but not giving me my heirloom

same lost my wraith heriloom due to the merge of my ps5 account being higher level than my pc account just wondering if i get what i spent on my pc account back especially the heirloom

    Hello! I just got cross progression but my heirloom didn't transfer from PlayStation to PC. I was within the cutoff and had my account for a while. Could you check this for me and perhaps see what went wrong? Here's my username: TOP10ANIMEMOMENT 

    Please let me know what I can do as I had my account with rev heirloom for a long while.

    My username is LuckyHaze and I also lost my heirloom... I've had my apex account on Xbox wayyyy before the cut off and when I cross progressed today it was not there, could you please help me as well. Thank you.

      My in game name is shelovenyt after the cross progression I did not receive my caustic heirloom nor a skin I bought on the same account. I’ve had this account since season 2 please help
