Apex cross progression working but not giving me my heirloom

I’m having same issue I believe. My Xbox name is VstraightEdgeV and my pc is Jedgy. I have a horizon heirloom on pc and a wraith and Gibraltar on Xbox. When the cross progression popped up it showed me both jedgy and straight but another account I never use which I think was jay20

Hey @JayDizzzzle20,

I'm not showing you have an Xbox account linked to the EA account you're posting from currently.

It looks like the one you mentioned is linked to a different EA account.

Progress is stored at the EA account level and cannot be transferred or merged between separate EA accounts. In this case that would mean there's not a way to combine the accounts with your different heirlooms, sorry.
