Apex cross progression working but not giving me my heirloom

Hello i just received cross grogression on pc and it seems like only some my items actually transferred over and it did not give me the option to select which account get everything but it did not tr...

I’m having same issue I believe. My Xbox name is VstraightEdgeV and my pc is Jedgy. I have a horizon heirloom on pc and a wraith and Gibraltar on Xbox. When the cross progression popped up it showed me both jedgy and straight but another account I never use which I think was jay20

    Hey @JayDizzzzle20,

    I'm not showing you have an Xbox account linked to the EA account you're posting from currently.

    It looks like the one you mentioned is linked to a different EA account. 

    Progress is stored at the EA account level and cannot be transferred or merged between separate EA accounts. In this case that would mean there's not a way to combine the accounts with your different heirlooms, sorry.
