I have the same issue, I used to play on my ps4 and now I have al on my Nintendo switch but when I tried to load it yesterday it said that my profile was not able to play online even though my profile is linked correctly with my Nintendo account and ea account
I even wrote to Xbox support just in case, but they said it was an EA problem. I've been trying to fix it since the 15th ☹️
