APEX ENGINE ERROR AUDIO

Can u help me man I cant launch my game everything has been fine then I got the update and keep getting this message I originally had English ui with Japanese audio vie tried switching the audio back to English and even tried downloading a whole new language and nothing is working ive also tried to repair the game restart pc idk what to do

( engine error (9.503) couldnt intialize sound.
please make sure you have sound playback device that is enabled and properly configured

what do i need to do to fix it? ive never had this issue untill i just downloaded the new update

Hey same Error here,
after changed to japanese voice and updating game to get english back.

did you fix it ? and if so what did you do? i tried updating the language to Japanese then tried to change to English still didn't work so i just uninstalled and am redownloading it now hopefully it will work

Hey @mooky710 @PumPumBusta @Neocyprex Could you try to a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

Looking at that msinfo you have a lot of kernel and windows issues being reported. I highly recommend that you reinstall your windows on that PC ,that might help. @YoungKow07
