Spotlight Pass Bug

I recently bought the wraith spotlight pass and have completed every challenge but it doesn’t seem to grant me the

“play matches as wraith” — “hear 10 warnings from the voices of the void” — “restore health as wraith” nor “spend 60 seconds in the void”

which makes me unable to complete the pass…. So can I get it fixed or get a refund
