I have purchased EA access for xbox, however after login to the Apex legends game, I do not see free 1000 apex coins and skins. I can see the EA discounts for purchasing coins in game store but not the free coins. I relogged in to the game but still not showing up.
Can someone help on this please?

2. Press your Game/Your Platform and select the problem you are having
3. Press Contact options
4. Scroll to chat and specify your problem
5. Press Chat now or speak with a representative
Note if chat option is not available just change region to make option available
