I just got banned and maybe msi afterburner is a reason

Question

I play apex legend on my laptop asus tuf fx505dt for more than 3 years and never use cheat.
and because my laptop is super old and not that good anymore so yesterday I decide to download MSI afterburner to max gpu fan run a little bit faster cause my driver is missing something can't use armoury crate to use performance mode. And then I play apex for like 3 match boom i got banned.
I submit a review case on EA HELP already and I just think if make a forum might unban me faster.
and i do some quick research that someone said some program like this can cause ban on 5 years old forum. So i just think it maybe MSI afterburner. If it not I don't anything at all cause I never use cheat.

G0_Gi1a​ Unfortunately, banned accounts cannot be handled, (or escalated), on the forums as bans can only be handled by the&nbsp;EA TOS Team. Since you had already contacted the EA TOS Team, you will need to wait for them to get back to you, (and you will also be able to appeal your ban up to 3 times).
