APEX FREEZE AND CRASH

Whenever i join a game and land somewhere on the map after a couple of seconds game freezes and then crashes resulting in me getting a window that says : "Apex crashed it atidxx64". After checking my documents and apex_crash.txt , i found this inside.I've tried a lot of solutions mentioned on the internet and none worked i even tried reducing my GPU and CPU clock speed etc nothing helped . If anyone knows what causes this problem and some potential fix i'd like you to add your solution down below

Thanks

The driver for your R7 370 card is from 2015, you'll definitely want to update that from AMD's driver website. It also looks like you could upgrade to the latest build of Windows 10. Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates.
