In-game packet Loss (Unplayable)

I've been trying to get back into playing Apex and it's just unplayable right now for me. I'm getting horrible in-game packet loss and only with this game. Others like Battlefield 6, Ready or Not, COD, & Arc Raiders run flawlessly. At the main menu my server connection shows 0% loss and 10-12ms but the moment I load into a game that's all she wrote. I've tried opening ports, different firewall rules and nothing will work. 

AT&T 2G fiber service in passthrough mode to Unifi UDM. My computer is hardwired into USW Pro HD 24 with 2.5G port. 

TL;DR

• Apex Legends packet loss in-game only
• Battlefield 6 & other games works perfectly on same network
• AT&T Fiber in Texas (Houston area)
• Packet stats: 85 sent / 17 received in match
• Main menu shows 0% loss and 10-12ms

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
