Apex Friends List Glitch

Why is it that in the early seasons, back when Clubs were a thing, we had no problem seeing crossplay friends on your friends list, but now you can only see same platform friends? NONE of my crossplay friends show up, even the ones i've had for years. WHY isn't this issue getting addressed? It's such an easy fix that it's stupid this is even an issue after 4 years.
