I use a laptop, Acer Nitro 5. I have hooked it up to my 27 inch monitor, and updated my geforce drivers. It still isnt working

Just to be clear, when you updated the GeForce drivers, you did it with the express method and launched the game through the GeForce Experience as well as followed every step of the instructions in the other 2 possible resolutions?
