Apex Instantly crashing after Anti-cheat

The pictures linked is a picture of the error/crash and what i mean by the Anti-cheat loading. Like said the problem happends after launching, the Anti-cheat does its thing and then when the game actually launches it just instantly crashes. Launching other games from the EA launcher works fine, i also tried Steam launcher instead and it has the exact same problem as when i launch with EA.

Things i've tried so far:

Launching in dx11, dx12, d3dll and also launching with +fps_max 144

Safe booting pc

Reparing files

EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe

Reinstalling

Launching it as Administator

All my drivers are up to date

checked game being on newest patch

My laptop specs: 

GPU: 1650    CPU: I5-9300H     8GB Ram

(There may be things missing on this list of things i've tried, since i've spent all day doing so many diffrent methods and i'm losing my mind because i just can't make it work.)
