APEX is kinda buggy with the refresh rate sometimes.

Hi , I'm an APEX content creator from Taiwan.

I've been playing Apex Legends since Season 15. I've racked up 9000 games and I'm really sensitive to frame rates. I'm currently using a VG259QR 165Hz monitor and a 3060ti GPU. For 99% of the time, I can maintain a steady 165 FPS. However, on about 5-6 days out of the week, it feels like the frame rate is capped at 60Hz, causing screen tearing and making it difficult to track enemies. I have to enable G-SYNC and set the FPS to 3 Hz below the refresh rate to ensure smooth gameplay. Even with G-SYNC enabled, sometimes it feels like a true 165Hz experience, but most of the time it's more like 60Hz, and I can't track enemies properly.
I have correctly configured my game to full screen, my Windows refresh rate is set to 165 Hz, and my graphics card drivers are up-to-date. My network is stable and my mouse has a 1000 Hz polling rate. I've experienced the smoothness of running at 165 Hz, but most of the time, it feels like 60 Hz. I'm well aware of the difference. Restarting the game, computer, and server doesn't solve the issue. I hope the team can look into this. I've found a temporary workaround: when the game lags, I switch my Windows refresh rate to 60 Hz, then switch it back to 165 Hz in-game, and suddenly the game runs smoothly. I don't understand why this works, and I've only tried it once. I hope this information is helpful to the team.
I've gone through a lot of posts on Reddit about Apex Legends' fps hz issues, and the most helpful one seems to be the article titled "How to set up Apex to run flawlessly." However, even after trying this method, many people still report experiencing laggy gameplay.
I also don't understand why so many people can tolerate the laggy visuals in Apex or think that they can't track enemies because of their own skill issues.
