@YoungSkywalker93 I have also been having this problem since last Tuesday. I am able to play on alternate accounts but not my main account. I have contacted EA help multiple times but they are no help. The only thing the say is "The servers are down and you just have to wait". It is extremely frustrating though because the new season is tomorrow.

- @realmcmoe What are the odds we receive a compensation for this? I was going to get master but lost a week of time because of this error and now I’m going to end in Diamond 3. I also missed out on at least 1000+ kills on and 100+ wins for Horizon, which really sucks because I care about my stats a lot and put a lot of time and effort into this game.
I’d suggest contacting the platform you play on and demanding a full refund of all purchases dating back to the release of the game. I have not been able to log in since the 17th. No mention on trello, no mention in the patch notes. This issue is as buried as any issue. Hundreds of high level players have had this issue apparently and not even a whisper on Reddit. I honestly don’t think there is a compensation amount that can undo the time lost both in game and in life trying to play the game. 4 hours until season 8, my guess is 2 weeks from now they might have a fix rolled out. First priority is get that battle pass cash, next is keeping people in the game. I don’t even know how much I’ll even bother playing this season if my account can just go poof for over 2 weeks and the best I can get is “Well, that sucks, keep an eye on Twitter and have fun in Warzone!” 0/5 stars
