I have been having an error for the last week now (Tuesday 8:30PM EST) every time I go to load into Apex from the main menu, I get a black screen for about 30 seconds then ERROR "Connection to server timed out. Check Ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information" It is honestly sad at this point that I have that message memorized. I have contacted EA help like it says to do 10+ over live chat and 5+ times over the phone, they tell me to do a bunch of troubleshooting solutions that have not been successful. These troubleshooting solutions have been; restarting my internet router, switching from LAN connection to Wireless, switching to a different internet connection, uninstalling Apex then reinstalling Apex, switching NAT types, IP Addresses. None of this has been successful whatsoever. The craziest thing though is I am able to play on alternate accounts no problem, they don't seem to have an answer to this other than 'it can affect 1 account on a hardware but not others' which to me sounds crazy. The only reason I have been stubborn to these kind people the last week is because I care deeply about this game and put a lot of time and effort into it. I have lost out on 1000+ kills and 100+ wins as well as not being able to push in ranked and being stuck at Diamond 3, when my goal was Master. This 'ERROR' has made that unachievable for me. After spending an hours on chat or the phone with the EA helpers they end up just telling me "Other people around the world are having the same problem and you will just have to wait for it to be fixed" that is fine the first day or two but we are now on day 6 and there has been no resolution. In my mind they don't know how to fix this problem or they are just not telling me something. I could care less about the money I have put into this game but the time and dedication I have put to keep myself high on the leaderboards this season was basically taken away from me for absolute no reason, and when I ask for a reason or help to fix it I get told to try stuff for an hour then eventually just get told "I have to wait for it to be fixed" which I am absolutely tired of hearing. I praise this game and absolutely love it, I spend most of my days playing it which I have not problem with. Please if anyone is reading this I would love some help and attention to this. Thank you

I forgot to add that I also tried to ask the helpers if I was able to speak with a higher up like a supervisor or manager. But they declined and said that it was not possible, I got one helper to ask the Game Team supposedly ( I think she waited 10 minutes to respond to tell me the same thing ) and the helper said "The Game Team told me to relay the same message onto you that you will just have to wait'. In what other service can you tell a consumer that you have to 'wait' and the wait is 6 days and there is no answer or solution to why you have to wait.
I believe I am coming off very rude with my rant but I am very frustrated on the loss of stats I have lost this week. It also seems that I will not be able to play The Season 8 launch tomorrow with the updates I have been receiving on the server ( zero updates btw ). As a day 1 player of this game let me tell you this just hurts my heart because it will be the first season launch that I miss.
If anyone else is experiencing this problem, do not waste your time on the EA help forums because it does not seem like they know how to fix this ERROR. Just keep logging onto your account and trying every couple of hours. In the mean time create an alternate account because it does not seem like they have an official date on this server fix.
