I’d suggest contacting the platform you play on and demanding a full refund of all purchases dating back to the release of the game. I have not been able to log in since the 17th. No mention on trello, no mention in the patch notes. This issue is as buried as any issue. Hundreds of high level players have had this issue apparently and not even a whisper on Reddit. I honestly don’t think there is a compensation amount that can undo the time lost both in game and in life trying to play the game. 4 hours until season 8, my guess is 2 weeks from now they might have a fix rolled out. First priority is get that battle pass cash, next is keeping people in the game. I don’t even know how much I’ll even bother playing this season if my account can just go poof for over 2 weeks and the best I can get is “Well, that sucks, keep an eye on Twitter and have fun in Warzone!” 0/5 stars
I’m just hoping there’s something in the update that may correct this, because honestly not being able to access our accounts especially if they’re currently holding unspent currency has got to be somehow legally wrong? But I have no idea, just hope it’s good to go soon.

We are not 'bearing' with you, we are not happy with the 'help' we have received with our (code:net) ERROR because guess what? We have received 0 help, the only thing that is on the EA teams mind right now is making money from this new season. There are no help post on reddit, twitter or even this Answer HQ. You guys have no idea how to fixed the problem and instead of saying that you are ignoring all of the loyal players who are having this problem. I am a day 1 player and I am sure a lot of people who are having this problem are also day 1 players. We feel cheated and scammed from all of our time, effort, and money put into this game. For the only response to be 'I'm sorry I don't have more details on this' it is very clear that your game team has no clue how to fix this problem or that they don't want it to be fixed for whatever reason. So thank you for your 'help' but tons of players now are going to be missing out on Season 8 on their mains because of this unfixable Error. All I have to say Kent that your loyal consumers are not happy with what is going on and the lack of help we are receiving.

The update with season 8 had no effect on this issue. Hopefully all the money you make is worth alienating a certain few people. I’m thoroughly upset with how this has been handled. It’s a joke!

I certainly appreciate the response when everything just seems hopeless. Apex brings a lot of join to my life and many others here so its tough not having it around in its usual capacity. I guess at this point we just be patient and hope our main accounts aren't gone forever.

It's been over a month since this post and I'm now having the same issues. Ive spent well over 500 dollars on this game and will get a refund if it's not resolved soon. So frustrating

I see everyone with their heirlooms and skins and it’s like bro wow I literally have to spend money on a new account just to have these things which is way too unfair to me. I’m still researching how to attack this but I definitely spent more than 500 while playing this game and to lose all that time and money is unacceptable.
