I’m just hoping there’s something in the update that may correct this, because honestly not being able to access our accounts especially if they’re currently holding unspent currency has got to be somehow legally wrong? But I have no idea, just hope it’s good to go soon.

- 5 years ago@EA_Kent Kent, I think I am speaking for everyone who even needs to look at this reply thread. We are not 'bearing' with you, we are not happy with the 'help' we have received with our (code:net) ERROR because guess what? We have received 0 help, the only thing that is on the EA teams mind right now is making money from this new season. There are no help post on reddit, twitter or even this Answer HQ. You guys have no idea how to fixed the problem and instead of saying that you are ignoring all of the loyal players who are having this problem. I am a day 1 player and I am sure a lot of people who are having this problem are also day 1 players. We feel cheated and scammed from all of our time, effort, and money put into this game. For the only response to be 'I'm sorry I don't have more details on this' it is very clear that your game team has no clue how to fix this problem or that they don't want it to be fixed for whatever reason. So thank you for your 'help' but tons of players now are going to be missing out on Season 8 on their mains because of this unfixable Error. All I have to say Kent that your loyal consumers are not happy with what is going on and the lack of help we are receiving.

The update with season 8 had no effect on this issue. Hopefully all the money you make is worth alienating a certain few people. I’m thoroughly upset with how this has been handled. It’s a joke!

Start contacting Microsoft/Sony for full refunds of all purchases. You have for all intents and purposes stolen money from your players and effectively said “we don’t know, thanks for the money though!” From what I’ve seen from other people class action lawsuits might be coming down the pipeline because this is nothing short of defrauding your customers.
- 5 years ago@Objunior21 After another hour on the phone with EA, demanding to be put through to someone at respawn that can actually look into the issue, the call was dropped. Just spent an hour on the phone with Microsoft to start the claims process to have all my purchases refunded. I’m going to miss Apex, what an absolute bummer.
- 5 years ago@flatuum138 Was in a chat for an hour and a half yesterday and it was ended as I was typing a message. I looked at the chat log and they sent a message and ended it right after so I was unable to read. I have not been happy with the assistance that EA has provided. I’d love to talk to a higher up but it is near impossible

I stopped playing from mid season 7 it worked till then by restarting and logging in again but all of a sudden it didn't, season 8 didn't fix it either , I can't even get into firing range

I certainly appreciate the response when everything just seems hopeless. Apex brings a lot of join to my life and many others here so its tough not having it around in its usual capacity. I guess at this point we just be patient and hope our main accounts aren't gone forever.

It's been over a month since this post and I'm now having the same issues. Ive spent well over 500 dollars on this game and will get a refund if it's not resolved soon. So frustrating

I see everyone with their heirlooms and skins and it’s like bro wow I literally have to spend money on a new account just to have these things which is way too unfair to me. I’m still researching how to attack this but I definitely spent more than 500 while playing this game and to lose all that time and money is unacceptable.

Absolutely bro, ive spent over 1000 dollars in this game over the last 2 years and if it's not fixed within a reasonable time period I'll take legal actions. Im not going to be out all that money. I'm already out all the time i spent playing the game I will not let them rob me like that
