Hey all,

If you're seeing this happening with one specific account, that's something we've been tracking for a bit. The team is currently investigating, but I'm afraid I don't have any additional information to share.

Thanks for bearing with us while this is under investigation. I'm sorry I don't have more details on this, but hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.

I certainly appreciate the response when everything just seems hopeless. Apex brings a lot of join to my life and many others here so its tough not having it around in its usual capacity. I guess at this point we just be patient and hope our main accounts aren't gone forever.
