Hey folks,
I can definitely understand the frustration. I know this is a seriously upsetting issue, but please keep in mind that I'm not a developer. I can pass along reports to the Apex Legends team, but I don't have detailed insight on what exactly could be causing something like this to happen.
I assure everyone that the team is currently investigating this issue and working on getting it fixed. We'll continue collecting and forwarding reports as we see them, and if I hear back with any additional updates I'll be sure to let everyone know.

@EA_KentI just feel like this issue isn’t getting prioritized just because it doesn’t affect that many people. Like the servers went down yesterday and the issue got fixed extremely fast. How can it take this long, is it lack of information from the players? I’l happily provide more info if it can help.

@EA_Kent Thanks homie, I know tensions get high dealing with people who have this amount of time and money invested in their accounts and you are all just trying to do your jobs. At the end of the day it’s just a game and I’m sure everything is being done to repair the issue. The only thing that has worried us all is how an issue of this degree has basically been left unknown to the public, when people don’t know what’s going on they jump to conclusions! To help alleviate emotions getting too high, get Respawn to have more direct customer service or at least be able to give the players affected by issues this large an explanation to what’s going on. People for the most part are very understanding, they just want transparency.

@EA_Kent Let the team know we appreciate the hard work! hopefully this will be fixed soon so i can get back to playing with my friends 🙂
also if it helps: i'll be able to play one game before code.net occurs, even if im AFK in the lobby. i understand its a server side issue, not much i can do.

Yeah let’s thank these guys as they push out another collection event. I’ll get right on buying that...oh wait.
- 5 years ago@flatuum138 Agreed! Glad they fix the servers Tuesday when they go down immediately and are now focused on an event when players still cannot play on their mains. Insanely unprofessional it’s not even funny. I’ve seen people have been having this problem for over two weeks now, I am now on day 9. I’ve called every day and I keep getting told the same * excuse ‘they are making it their priority to fix it, you will just have to wait for it to be done.’ Then I ask ‘do you know when that will be?’ And they say ‘no sorry I do not know’ . They can’t even tell us when the big is going to be fixed! That is honestly insane

@Objunior21 I also find it funny the big thread regarding this issue seems to have up and vanished. I am honestly blown away at the lack of transparency. I even had a comment removed in another thread where someone was JUST getting this issue and @EA_Kent didnt think it was relevant to the conversation to tell the person to not waste their time and to quit telling people how to fix something when they know full well this issue exists. They want people to just waste time doing other stuff so they have more time to fix it without actually admitting to the problem or providing any answers.
- 5 years ago@EA_Kent Any updates Kent? You said you would let us know on Wednesday it is now Saturday almost Sunday. I am still unable to play on my main account, there is no point in me getting upset with you cause you are not the one fixing it. It has been 11 days since I’ve been able to play now, which is 11 days of stat progression I have missed out on. Please get this error fixed, I think we all expect some type of in game compensation for this as well.
- 5 years ago@Objunior21 Hope everyone has fun watching the streamers play the anniversary event these next two weeks! That’s the closest we are going to get to playing it ourselves! Two weeks of not being able to play, it’s almost like the Game Team doesn’t know how to fix their problem!
- 5 years ago@Objunior21 But hey, you can just play on another account! They aren’t going to do anything for us, they can’t even give us a decent response. They made over A BILLION DOLLARS on micro transactions in games that don’t work and that they don’t update. They do not care about us as customers.
