I can definitely understand the frustration. I know this is a seriously upsetting issue, but please keep in mind that I'm not a developer. I can pass along reports to the Apex Legends team, but I don't have detailed insight on what exactly could be causing something like this to happen.
I assure everyone that the team is currently investigating this issue and working on getting it fixed. We'll continue collecting and forwarding reports as we see them, and if I hear back with any additional updates I'll be sure to let everyone know.

@EA_Kent Any updates Kent? You said you would let us know on Wednesday it is now Saturday almost Sunday. I am still unable to play on my main account, there is no point in me getting upset with you cause you are not the one fixing it. It has been 11 days since I’ve been able to play now, which is 11 days of stat progression I have missed out on. Please get this error fixed, I think we all expect some type of in game compensation for this as well.
- 5 years ago@Objunior21 Hope everyone has fun watching the streamers play the anniversary event these next two weeks! That’s the closest we are going to get to playing it ourselves! Two weeks of not being able to play, it’s almost like the Game Team doesn’t know how to fix their problem!
- 5 years ago@Objunior21 But hey, you can just play on another account! They aren’t going to do anything for us, they can’t even give us a decent response. They made over A BILLION DOLLARS on micro transactions in games that don’t work and that they don’t update. They do not care about us as customers.
