Same here man, I’m thinking of starting a small claims lawsuit if this isn’t fixed in a timely manner. Sure we can make a second account but that doesn’t fix the problem. Some of us put loads of time and money into this fun game so to now be unable to access our purchased content is unacceptable. Heirlooms and skins aren’t cheap. It’s going on a month or so and i still cannot access my account because of code net. Please fix this before multiple law suits come your way.
I also want to add I’ve put in my own complaint on this forum and it was deleted. I contacted the EA Help Twitter on Saturday they got back to me at 4 am this morning then closed the ticket at 7am because I didn’t respond.. I guess people don’t sleep at those hours?

Looks like we’re gonna miss out on yet another event seeing as the caustic event is coming soon. Is EA trying to force ppl to make new accounts and buy all the cosmetics all over again? Wthell is going on man. I refuse to purchase anything else without my original account online but it sucks because we can’t get the full experience of the new content being added. Caustic is my main and I can’t even enjoy his new event how I should be able to. Wtf man

I am now sure, maybe we will lose the eighth season, or maybe we will lose the account forever because the Respawn team was not transparent in its tweets.
If you cannot solve the problem, I am sure you can transfer all I have in my troubled account to my new account, which I play in Season 8 now.- 5 years ago

Hey friend! I actually have good news, my original account is now working again! I don't know why or what they did but it's been working for a few minutes now after 3 months! I remember you and I and other on this thread really were down and out about this issue but I wanted to let you everyone know so that maybe others that haven't checked their account can go and try now. I think its worth a try especially since mines has been down for so long. I hope they have brought everyones back online! I haven't received any compensation for lost time and losing out on the bangalore airloom and event but to be honest I'm happy my main account is back and hope it stays back on. Let me know if yours has come back on hope it works out!
