Why can't I access my Season, Legends, Load out or store. It won't let me go over to these, the only thing I can go to is Play and Club, I also can't see my legend tokens, crafting metals or my apex coins, I can't open or see any apex pack I get either. why?
Typically when we see situations where you no longer have access to prior currencies and unlocks, that means an account has been unlinked or you may be playing on a different platform.
If you've unlinked any accounts in the past, re-linking the same account should give access back to your content.
Please reach out to support if you run into any trouble with that process.
If you're playing on a different platform but haven't unlinked an account, keep in mind there's currently no cross-progression in Apex. That should be coming later this year, but until then you'd need to continue playing on the same platform to have access to those prior unlocks.
