Apex Keeps Crashing; can't find the crash text file but I still have dump files

Apex keeps crashing for some reason. Couldn't play for 5 weeks straight, and now I'm worried that I might not be able to finish the battle pass this season.

Ill attach the Dxdiag file. 

The .dmp files say that the exception code is 0xC0000005; all the hardware is brand new, so I am not sure what the issue is here.

    This BS is out of hand, I’ve never put as much money and time into the game that couldn’t make the game run normally.
