    Here are the following languages that is supported on EA Forums:

    You can either reply to this thread in English or you can repost in English in this section of the EA Forums, (or on another EA Forums board if you speak the language).

    In terms of crashing:

    • Are you getting any error messages from the game itself?
    • Have you tried repairing the game's files?
    • Have you updated Windows and drivers?
    • Are you running any 3rd party program that may conflict with Apex Legends?
    • Does your PC's GPU support DX12 with feature level 12_0?

    Note: It would also be helpful if you could send a DxDiag log.

    Repairing the files, updating the drivers, and terminating third-party programs did not resolve the issue. I will attach the DixDiag log and error messages.

    Yes, that is the DxDiag Log, and from what I can tell, everything seems to be in order within the log, however when looking at the error messages you've shared, this would be why the game crashes when its launched:

    This error message means that the anti-cheat had detected a program that is not allowed to be running while the game is. Whatever program is causing this conflict with Apex, it must be completely closed out of, (or uninstalled), before and during gameplay.

    ITIGOJAMUPANN  You would just need to look for programs running on the PC that might provide unfair gameplay advantages.

    The programs that I know of that had been blocked already, are programs such as DS4Windows, reWASD, and other similar programs.
