Apex lagging after windows update

As the title says after a windows update a week or so back my game started lagging. I reinstalled apex to see if that made a difference but it didn't. The game keeps lagging and my internet is not the problem since i get roughly 250mb/s. Since i thought it had it be my pc/windows that may have a bug or something like that i reinstalled windows twice (once via my own pc and once via a usb-stick from another pc). This still didnt do the trick as the game keeps on lagging. I tried to put down all the settings to low which didnt make any difference in the lagging department. The weird thing is i tried to play other games to see if i had lag there aswell. Games such as destiny 2, star wars rocket league( i know not a big game but still) didn't have any sort of lag or whatsoever. Everything works perfectly fine except apex and i have no clue how to fix it. 

My pc specs are
Processor : AMD Ryzen 5 1500X Quad-Core
RAM : 8GB
GTX 1060 3GB

Anyone here that could help me? Would be highly appreciated ^^

    As of today i still dont exactly know what the problem was. But for some kind of odd reason it got fixed when i removed apex of my pc and then downloaded it from steam. Plus i bought more RAM which couldve been the problem but i doubt that (and i wanna believe it was the fault of origins launcher). 

    Are you still having problems? If so you can always try to get back to a earlier version of windows which usually fixed my problem. Somehow takes time before its optimized for the game depending on what kind of stuff you are working with in your pc.
