apex lagging and stuttering every new update and after a few weeks it stops

So my game was running perfectly fine but then the season 11 update came out and the game starts to stutter like crazy its unplayable and then I suffer and play in 10 fps for like a few weeks and the game runs perfectly smooth again but a recent update came out and then it starts to stutter again help please this is unplayable I want to play apex with my friends so much.
My PC has nothing to do with this because it was able to run the game smoothly at 80-100 fps.

Also my internet is perfectly fine too its 300mbps with no packet loss and only like 10 ping

Edit: so i think i kinda found a fix this is very strange but i usually launch the game then i alt tab to another app and then i go back and its very laggy so i tried to wait for the game to process and compile shader smth the lag has been greatly reduced
