We are aware of a few datacenters displaying a -1 ping and being unavailable, including the London datacenter.
I don't have an ETA at this time, but the team is working on getting this fixed up. Thanks for hanging in there and making sure we were aware of the issue!
Still no fix it’s been over 2 weeks playing on Amsterdam or Belgium servers with 70/80 ping and horrible lag spikes over 400m/s like what is going on I just want to play a game on my normal London servers it’s unplayable, for a game this big I’d think this would be very high on their radar
