My account has been banned!

My account was banned for 24 hours on May 11th. During this period, I did not log in to the game or the EA official website on May 15th. Due to my negligence, I accidentally leaked my account password, giving criminals the opportunity to compromise my account. On May 15th, I received a ban email from [edit: email address removed], informing me that my account had been permanently banned and that the ban was applicable. I immediately logged into the EA official website to check on the matter. My account had indeed been permanently banned! I appealed to customer service and the ToS team, but I did not receive the feedback I deserved. They did not verify my account status or whether my actions were improper, and they coldly closed my appeal channel, preventing me from appealing my ban case. EA, can you truly give me an explanation? My account was maliciously stolen and banned. I have repeatedly mentioned this during the appeal process, but no one has stepped forward to resolve it for me. I hope friends from the community can seek justice for me and tell me what I should do. Thank you 

Reiterate once again! There is no case number 244337317 in my case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hey SuperDollPPIkuny​,

    Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. Only our terms of service team are able to look into ban appeals, and if they've decided multiple times that the ban was justified then there's a good chance that the ban will stay on your account. You can try reaching out again, but note that there is a limit to how often they can investigate appeals.
