same here, tried repair, tried to delete the named file and repair, tried uninstall and install in other folder
nothing worked

If you're on Xbox One and using an external hard drive, can you try deleting all files from the external hard drive, detach it, and verify there aren't any Apex Legends files left on your internal hard drive (if so, delete them). Then, go to My Games & Apps>Highlight Apex Legends>Press Start>Manage Game>Delete saved data (local and cloud).
Reinstall the game on the internal hard drive with the external detached and try launching the game.
