For about a week now my game kept freezing at the main menu with the ‘error reading pak file’ and when i do get online the odd time, my audio completely cuts out mid game which means i have to dashboard when the game finishes which then results in the game then freezing and kicking me off everytime at the main menu. Sometimes I also get the miles playback device error message aswell even though I have turtle beaches on xbox and have never edited any sound settings?
I have literally tried everything, i have factory reset my console alongside all my games and apps, reinstalled the game, cleared saved data, cleared MAC address, power cycled my xbox and reinstalled the game about 3-4 times and still no luck. When i do go to reinstall the game, it says the game size is 56gb but only installs 40gb of it? I do not know if this is why there is an error as it is missing 16gb?
i thought i would wait until the halloween event to see if the update would of patched this but it has not and do not know what to do. It is literally impossible for me to play. Is there any other methods? I also do not have an external hard drive so please do not suggest that, thank you.

Do you have anything plugged into your USB slots for your Xbox One? It's strange you're getting this error after factory resetting your console and clearing saved data. When you factory reset your console did you have any audio devices (or anything else) plugged into your Xbox?
Is your Xbox from a different region than where you currently reside?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me @EA_Blueberry
The only thing in the USB port is my controller charger for my controller which my headset is plugged into, my xbox region is still from the UK?

Can you try the following:
- Uninstall the game and clear the saved data from the cloud and local drive for the game
- Remove all devices from the USB slot
- Reinstall the game
I've seen controller chargers and some other devices like dongles conflict with games. I'm leaning towards that as a probable cause of this.
