Apex Legends - Can’t ping Loot Box items and map

For about a week and a half to two weeks now I have not been able to ping items inside loot boxes as well as not able to ping locations on the map for my team to move towards, it’s a small inconvenie...

Uncle ray,

try to go go into your settings. Go to controller then scroll all the way down to Advanced Look Controls. Do you have custom look controls set to ON? If so, that is the cause of the ping not working on map and death boxes. It sucks but it is what it is

Having the same problem, Advanced is off
