Thanks for taking a look at that.
And it looks like my router doesn't support QoS after looking online, plus it is up to date.

4 years agoQoS is something you see on more recent routers. Especially ones intended for gaming. As far as this issue goes, we're investigating connection issues so hopefully, if there's an issue found, that takes care of it. Otherwise, I think you've done about everything I can suggest.
