I feel like I've done every troubleshoot in the book. DNS like was suggested. Cleared my cache. Tried a different region. Reset modem. Uninstalled/reinstall.

System shows it is not my Internet. I have played two other FPS games since this issue began, and neither are suffering the same lag spikes like this game.

Do you have a PC? If so, can you run a UO Trace and take a screenshot of the results? The instructions are here. Your PC will need to be wired since you're playing on a wired connection, your PC will also need to be wired.
