Apex legends - dxgi_error_device_hung not fixed for amd

Apex legends - dxgi_error_device_hung its not fixed. its fixed for nvdia users not for amd. when i play mirage my screen freeze if i play wraith or other champ i can play like 4-5 games and then dxgi error device hung its sad because i play it very smooth fx6300-R9 280x

You probably don't know as it wont show you who i replied to in this topic but i was replying to Hul3buh and his mention of having this issue with his Nvidia RTX card.
The Radeon/AMD team is working with the Apex dev's in there studio for trouble shooting.
So we can only wait for driver updates till they address the issues.

Any update from AMD or respawn when this is getting fixed? My game still crashes randomly with this error and I'm using AMD gpu.

I just booted up the game today, FX-6300 + R9 270X, and it crashed in the main menu.

This error started happening after the first update/patch to the game that came out approximately 5 days after the launch. You broke it, Respawn, so fix it already. This is not an acceptable state for an AAA title.

@Oldreason Turned out for me the error was caused by my PSU. I plugged the PC plug directly into the wall socket. So no longer via a power strip. This has completely solved the problem.
I guess my PSU couldn´t deliver the power.
