Assigned Server issues

Hello Everyone, How are you?

I hope I find someone who knows anything about this issue that I've been facing for past 2 years now, Since I stopped playing apex regularly.

I live in Ct and my closest server is New york, I have zero idea what changed, but I stopped getting connected to new york server, which increased my ping from 20-25 to straight in 60s now, I tried to look for a solution back then but was in vain, so I stopped playing.

But I want to get back into it and concerned that I am going to get into same issue again. Now that they don't allow to get connected to certain servers instead Regions, it will be worse for me.

I did play a few games, but i am still getting 60-70 ping and it leaves me at disadvantage.

So, if anybody knows anything about this or has faced similar issue and found a solution to it, please help me out.
