Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended
Hello EA Community Managers / ToS Team,
My Apex Legends account was permanently banned. I believe this is a false positive — I was only playing the in-game Wildcard Mode (limited-time alternate playlist, not an external tournament), with NO cheats, macros, DMA, or unauthorized software.

The main issue:
When I go to help.ea.com to dispute the ban, there is NO "Submit an appeal / Email us" option — even when logged in. I cannot reach a live chat agent either. I have tried:
- Multiple browsers (Chrome / Edge / Firefox incognito)
- Cleared cache / disabled extensions
- Different networks / mobile hotspot
- "Continue as Guest" on Contact Us
None work — the appeal form never appears for my account.
Could a CM please escalate this to the ToS team for manual review? I can provide proof of purchase, match history, and Wildcard mode play records upon request.
