First game of the day freezing until it is unplayable

Hello,

Whenever I start playing for the day the first game always freezes. It doesn’t matter if I completely close all applications and restart my Xbox beforehand. I sometimes can fix it exiting the game and rejoining. But this time that did not work, and it gave me an abandon penalty. Now I have spent 30 minutes between a broken match and an abandon penalty when all I have is one hour to play today.
