Startup freezing (steam) and Ea aswell

Hello So about 2 days ago i started freezing on the startup of the game i would install shaders everytime i launched the game on steam i would freeze instantly when i got to the news tab ( if i was fast enough i would get to the menu ) ive tried turning everything off ive tried installing new drivers then i nuked windows and installed it again didnt work im stuck on this constant loop for whatever reason i have checked my PAKS folder and ive come to 2 files that should or should not be there they are ( ui(01).dll/ui(01).rpak ) the ui(01).dll does not have an original one at all it only has the duplicate one for whatever reason ive tried everything under the sun and nothing seems to work. Apex uses no Gpu but uses Cpu and Ram but I get no logs at all no crash reports nothing because i can still hear menu music but cant click anything do anything my mouse goes to 30fps and i try to refresh my graphics driver which does nothing alt+tabbing does nothing im stuck and i just need this game to work whith no more freezing or anything ive been trying to fix it for 7 hours now please help.
