Are you having an issue with multiple games @gunnza-v12 or just Apex Legends?
Do you have a DxDiag so that we can take a look at your system: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/The more info we have the better we can help.

MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X+ 6GB
i5 7600 3.5GHz 16GB
DDR4 HyperX Fury Black 2400Mhz CL15
HDD WD Caviar Blue 1GB

I just tried almost everything... Did a format last day, installed new drivers, then older ones, tried to change settings in game, in nvidia control pannel, nothing helped....
My pc should run that game easly but its not...
The game is working like if i was playing on a pc from 2000 year....
Not smooth, lag spikes every 5 seconds, turning around - lag spike, using zoom - lag spike, cant make the game working smoothly....anyone has any other ideas than i tried? I really want to play normally but i cant...
Dont tell me to change my main graphic to 1060... I have it allready as i dont have any integrated gpu...
Same Problem, nVidia Quatro 4000, 8 GB Vram, I7 8750 H, 32gb Ram, so i hope i dont have to less power 🙂

You might be able to get Microsoft to fix that issue for you. Just call them up, tell them your Windows 7 key was supposed to be registered to your account for Windows 10, but it's not when you 'reinstalled Windows'.
That way you can get to an updated operating system that hasn't been discontinued and will work with your hardware properly.
